On May 23-24, 2024, Beijing Polytide Machinery Co.,Ltd. successfully completed the five-star certification annual audit of its after-sales service system. The Certification of Product Aftersales Service Evaluation System is a professional service certification standard in China, which is a professional level evaluation of the after-sales service level of production-oriented and sales service-oriented enterprises by the country. It also objectively reflects the authoritative certification of enterprises in terms of service ability, service level, management system, etc. The annual audit of after-sales service certification is conducted by experts from the audit team of New Century Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. (teachers Wang Hui and Sun Yanfen) in accordance with the national standard "Product after-sales service evaluation system". Our company is accompanied and cooperated with the heads of relevant departments throughout the audit process.

Two audit experts from New Century Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. visited our comprehensive department, procurement department, technical department, and pre-sales and after-sales service department. And engage in in-depth communication with department heads regarding their respective jurisdictions. During the on-site investigation, the expert group carefully inquired about the deployment arrangements of our pre-sales technical personnel and the professional training of after-sales personnel, and provided guidance on the equipment management process and environmental requirements of the after-sales service department.

The heads of relevant departments in our company actively cooperated with the annual audit work, not only providing corresponding documents and materials according to the requirements of the annual audit, but also providing detailed answers to various review questions raised by the audit team experts. After a series of comprehensive evaluations such as conversation, questioning, on-site investigation, and data retrieval, our company's project management and internal supervision management system have been highly recognized. The final unanimous evaluation was obtained from the audit team experts who met the audit standards and operated effectively, and passed the on-site audit.
