Test set SPE

With regard to operational safety, test technology continues to grow in importance. The DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water) Code of Practice G 465-4 describes the tests required for various device classes.

Automatic Test Sets ATS 503/501

The test sets ATS 503 and ATS 501 can be used to carry out device inspections and adjustments to gas concentration measuring devices EX-TEC® PM 580, 550, 500 and 400 reliably and extremely efficiently.

FLIS-EX

Descending into the depths is dangerous. Large quantities of CO2 can be released due to pressure changes in wells and in ventilation shafts. Concentrations of more than 5 vol.% CO2 in the air a person breathes can lead to clouding or loss of consciousness or death. Faulty gas pipe lines near a pit or shaft are also dangerous. In narrow shafts, natural ventilation is insufficient. For this reason, providing for a supply of clean, fresh air is important before entering the shaft.

Multitec 520

Particularly when working in pits, preventative measurement of dangerous gases is essential to survival. To establish if the pit is safe to work in, the floating probe is used to take measurements at the bottom of the pit before entering. This ensures the safety of all workers. With the Multitec® 520, six gases can be measured simultaneously. For this reason, this gas warning device can be used practically anywhere. A large display allows all parameters to be quickly read from a single screen.

Multitec 410

The Multitec 410 is the latest addition to the Sewerin range of multiple gas warning devices. Unlike the Multitec 5xx devices, the Multitec 410 has a catalytic sensor, also known as a catalytic combustion sensor, for measuring flammable gases.

EX-TEC PM 400

The EX-TEC® PM 400 is a mobile gas warning device that reliably warns plumbers, staff from utility companies, network operators, fire services and other technical staff of dangerous gas concentrations. The compact device is available with various sensors and, even in its most basic version, allows you to monitor flammable gases. The range of gases that can be detected make the EX-TEC® PM 400 versatile in practice – even for out-of-the-ordinary applications.

SNOOPER mini

The SNOOPER mini is a robust gas leak detector and is suitable for checking accessible gas lines for external leak tightness. Leaks are determined based on detection at connection points, e.g. fittings, flanges, threaded connections and gas regulator fittings The gas concentration is displayed in the ppm range. House lead-ins and concealed gas lines in enclosed spaces at air outlets can also be checked.

EX-TEC SNOOPER 4

The EX-TEC® SNOOPER 4 is a gas leak detector for detecting the smallest leaks in installation lines and at connection points. The modular device concept allows users to choose either a basic device without a pump (diffusion device) or a device with integrated pump.

EX-TEC PM 580 / 550 / 500

The mobile gas measuring and gas warning devices from the EX-TEC® PM 5xx series make the everyday work of gas fitters, maintenance staff and other technical staff easier. They can be used to locate leaks in freely accessible gas pipes, assess the risk of explosion and determine whether toxic gases are within the occupational exposure limits (OEL).

Leakplotter

A leakplotter vehicle basically consists of the following components: the suction unit with bells for collecting samples, the measuring technology with FID and oxidiser, the notebook with the software controlled operating and documentation unit, and the option for GPS documentation along with the test set for automatic adjustments. These components are built into the vehicle.

LaserGasPatroller LGP 800

The LaserGasPatroller is a vehicle-based solution for the economical network inspection of underground gas pipes. Gas leaks are detected when the laser-based measuring system LGP 800 is driven over the gas pipes. The LGP 800 is operated by the SeCuRi® SAT software system. SeCuRi® SAT is the world's most sophisticated documentation system for pipe network inspection.

VARIOTEC 480 / 460 / 450 / 400 EX

The VARIOTEC® 480 EX devices from SEWERIN with their intuitive controls enable users to work efficiently and cost-effectively. The VARIOTEC® 480 EX family covers almost all common gas measurement applications in the gas supply branch. Models 480 EX and 460 EX can be optionally fitted with a detector for ethane analysis to help you safely distinguish between natural gas and swamp gas.
