On May 12-14, 2024, the "Beijing Sino German Industrial Cooperation and Development Forum -2024 Sino German (Europe) Invisible Champions Forum" jointly hosted by the People's Government of Shunyi District, Beijing, the International Economic Senate, and the Beijing International Technology Exchange Union was grandly opened at the Beijing Sino German International Conference and Exhibition.

Polytide Company was invited by the People's Government of Shunyi District, Beijing to showcase its self-developed product, the Vehicle Laser Methane Telemetry System LGP900, in the product display area of the forum.
The vehicle mounted laser methane telemetry system LGP900 is developed to solve the "pain point" problem of huge workload in dynamic management of gas pipelines in large and medium-sized cities. Installing gas detection equipment suitable for vehicle use onto a specific model of car chassis constitutes a vehicle inspection system. Combined with Beidou navigation and GIS system, vehicle mounted inspection is achieved, with intuitive and traceable results, meeting the daily inspection of urban gas pipeline network.

The LGP900 adopts TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectrocopy) technology based on tunable diode laser spectroscopy. A diode laser emits a specific wavelength of laser, and methane (CH4) gas masses have strong absorption at sub specific wavelengths, thereby determining the concentration of methane (CH4). The vehicle mounted laser methane telemetry system LGP900 is particularly suitable for daily inspection of gas pipelines in large and medium-sized cities. It can improve work efficiency, save manpower, and improve inspection accuracy.
Over the past five years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany, extensive and deep friendly cooperation has been carried out, especially the most active and active economic and technological cooperation, gradually forming a new pattern of comprehensive and multi field cooperation. In 2021, the National Development and Reform Commission established the "Beijing Sino German Economic and Technological Cooperation Pilot Demonstration Zone" in Shunyi District, Beijing, to create a platform for two-way economic and technological exchanges and innovation cooperation between China and Germany and China Europe.
